We keep cookie use minimal. This page explains exactly what we use and why.

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to work (session management). We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies, or sell cookie data to anyone.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in — so you don't have to re-enter it on every page.

2. Cookies We Use

PHPSESSID	Essential	PHP session identifier. Keeps you logged in as you navigate between pages. Without this cookie the platform cannot function.	Session (deleted when browser closes)
admin_session	Essential	Tracks admin login state for the administration panel. Only set for admin users.	Session

We do not use:

Google Analytics or any analytics tracking cookies
Facebook Pixel or any social media tracking
Advertising or retargeting cookies
Persistent login cookies (we use server-side sessions only)

3. Third-Party Cookies

If you use the Customer Service live chat feature (powered by Tawk.to), Tawk.to may set its own cookies to manage the chat session. These are governed by Tawk.to's Privacy Policy. The chat widget only loads when you navigate to the Customer Service page.

4. How to Control Cookies

Because we only use essential session cookies, refusing them will prevent you from logging in and using the platform. However, you can manage cookies through your browser settings:

Clearing your cookies will log you out of the platform.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce new cookies in the future we will update this policy and notify users through the platform notification system before those cookies are placed.
